This year we are starting up “Den Volunteers” to help with setup, festival support onsite, and pack down of the festival. And in return you will receive the Taniwha treats.
Volunteer Superstars we need you!
Are you up for the mahi?
Site set up – December & January, builders and creative skills required
Festival set up and pack-in – If you know how to run cabling, put up privacy screens, security fencing, site preening, or would like to learn let us know.
Parking, Check-in, Ushers, assisting with arrivals – If you have ticketing experience or are a happy self confident person, who would like to volunteer we would love to have your help.
Rubbish and clean up crew – In 2023 we want to achieve our goal of leaving no footprint after the festival finishes. We are looking for volunteers that will help with replacing full rubbish bins in the 3 zones during the festival, and picking up cigarette butts and litter after the festival finishes. This accumulates on the river beach area and camp zones. If you would like to stay an extra night on the 7th you will be asked to help with this. If keeping our environment clean is your thing we would really appreciate your help, and the Taniwha will love you for it.
Please fill in the form provided below with as much information as possible.
On acceptance of your volunteer application you will be asked to pay a ticket bond of $200 that will be refunded to you on completion of your volunteer work. The refund will be made to your bank account on the 8th of Feb 2023.
